Raid Night
Here's how our raid nights work and what you can expect leading up to a raid.
Leading Up to Raid
- Sign up on Discord to indicate your attendance status for the week.
- We shouldn't need to babysit signups!
- Folks not making use of attendance will be cut from the roster.
- Fridays are when we post signups for the next week.
- On the weekend, officers will post the plan, detailing which fights will be done that upcoming week.
- Officers will post any additional information through the Announcements or Raids channel on Discord so watch those channels.
- If we need to get in touch with you, we will message you on Discord.
The Night Before
- Prepare your consumables (Flasks and Potions) and make sure you have gold to repair.
- Look into any fights you need a refresher on. If you have questions about the raid, contact an Officer.
Raid Night is Here!
- Login 10 minutes before raid.
- Whisper the raid leader our keyword to receive an automatic invite to the group.
- The keyword will be mentioned in guild chat when invites start.
- Make your way down to the raid that is being run.
- If the Warlock had to run here, you can run here too!
- Trash will get pulled right when raid time starts.
- It is expected that everyone is here for the duration of the raid.
- No AFKs during Trash - occasionally it is unavoidable, but not every time.
- We will take a 5 minute break halfway through the raid.
- Our Officers will be logging fights via WarcraftLogs so you can see how you did at the end of the night.
- If you have non-critical feedback, try and save it for after the raid.
